Due to the recent USPS delays, we are now shipping UPS 2nd Day Air.
Please note that damage to the plant can occur during shipping. This may include bent leaves, rot on the stem and/or aerial roots and browning of the variegated portion of the leaves. With proper care, your plant will recover and this won’t affect the future growth of the plant.
Please remember these are live plant cuttings that do come with risks. There are absolutely no guarantee on them and we will not be held responsible once the cutting is in your possession since we cannot control the growing parameters or environment.
If there are any problems or issues with the order, you must notify us within 24 hours after the package had been marked delivered on the UPS tracking. We will not be able to accommodate for resolution after this 24 hour period.
In the event of a refund, the plant must be returned in a similar condition and alive, and the buyer must pay for shipping back via UPS 2nd Day Air.
Any refunds issued will be minus any shipping charges.
